- Incorrect donation amount due to system error.
- Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions (subject to verification).

- Provide **transaction details**, including date, amount, and payment method.

5. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, it will be processed within:
- 7-10 business days for card or online banking payments.
- 3-5 business days for UPI or wallet transactions.
- Refunds will be credited to the **original payment method**.
6. Non-Refundable Transactions
The following payments are strictly **non-refundable**:
- Donations made more than **30 days ago**.
- Funds already allocated to a project or initiative.
- Donations made under special campaigns or fundraising events.
7. Chargeback & Dispute Resolution
If you believe a transaction was made fraudulently, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
